Terms of Service

1. The service

TVTesla provides an interface for discovering and playing supported online videos and live channels. The service is currently a beta, may be invitation-only, and may change, experience interruptions, or remove features without notice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these terms.

3. YouTube connection

If you connect a Google or YouTube account, you authorize TVTesla to access the Google user data described on the consent screen and in our Privacy Policy. Your use of YouTube through TVTesla is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may use TVTesla only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:

• interfere with, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls of TVTesla or a third-party service;
• use the service to infringe copyrights or other rights;
• share access credentials, automate abusive requests, or use TVTesla to redistribute content without authorization; or
• misrepresent your identity or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.

5. Third-party content

TVTesla does not own or control videos, channels, metadata, or streams supplied by third parties. Availability, accuracy, quality, advertising, geographic restrictions, and rights are controlled by their respective providers. A link appearing in TVTesla does not imply endorsement.

6. Intellectual property

TVTesla’s software, interface, and original branding are owned by TVTesla or its licensors. Third-party names, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners. TVTesla is independent and is not affiliated with Google, YouTube, or Tesla, Inc.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, enforce these terms, or respond to misuse. You may stop using TVTesla and request account deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimers

TVTesla is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVTesla and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of access, or harm caused by third-party content or services.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
